           Concept of establishing an online Couselling Nursing Centre the author has initiated online nursing couselling guidelines since working in the delivery room as a Midwifery and Nurse registered. I used my free time from my job to learn online technology to teach prenatal preparation to pregnant women and her husband such as exercises, breathing reduces pain during labor, preparing before childbirth and caring for newborns. That was the time to prepare for knowledge and understanding of technology necessary to prepare. However, the preparation took shape when the author moved to work at the Assisted Reproductive Technology Unit. That's full consulting work in the field of specialized nursing as a nurse providing genetic counselling.

           Later the writer moved to perform duties in various depsartments but there is still an idea and intention to create about counsing nursing centre for online counseling including electric library. In addition, the COVID-19 epidemic, which occurred from 2019 onwards, caused healthcare facilities and public health services to adapt to every siyuation to serve patients in different situations. This for the safety of both service recipients and service providers.

            Counseling Nursing Centre is a nursing provided to service users and families who come to use health consultation services. It is one of the standards used in practice nursing that Thailand Nursing and Midwifery Council has determined for all nurses to use in nursing practice to care for service recipients from the beginning, when they recieve services at the service unit until they leave the service unit, including continuous care that consists of 9 standard: 1) Assessment of problems and needs 2) Planing of nursing consultation 3) Implementation of nursing counsultation 4) Evaluation of nursing consultation results 5) Nursing provides continuous health conseling 6) Nursing provides health promotion conseling 7) Nursing provides health ptotection conseling 8) Nursing provides advice on providing information and protecting patient rights 9) Nursing provides advice and recording information for consultation. At the same time, nursing must be also assist physician in performing reproductive technology procedures.

แนวคิดในการจัดตั้งศูนย์การพยาบาลให้คำปรึกษาออนไลน์ผู้เขียนได้มีแนวคิดมาตั้งแต่ปฏิบัติงาน ณ ห้องคลอดในฐานะพยาบาลและผดุงครรภ์ ผู้เขียนได้ใช้เวลาว่างจากงานประจำเพื่อศึกษาเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีออนไลน์เพื่อสอนการเตรียมตัวก่อนคลอดให้กับสตรีตั้งครรภ์และสามี เช่น การออกกำลังกาย การเตรียมตัวก่อนคลอด การหายใจลดปวดขณะเจ็บครรภ์คลอด และการดูแลทารกแรกคลอด ซึ่งจำเป็นต้องมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยยกับเทคโนโลยีด้านคอมพิวเตอร์และการสื่อสาร ซึงในขณะนั้นยังไม่มีศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์เช่นปัจจุบันนี้ อย่างไรก็ตามผู้เขียนเพิ่งจะได้ลงมือปฏิบัติตามแนวคิดที่ตั้งใจไว้เมื่อผู้เขียนย้ายมาปฏิบัติงานที่แผนกเทคโนโลยีช่วยการเจริญพันธุ์ ซึ่งก็คืองานให้คำปรึกษาเต็มรูปแบบในสาขาการพยาบาลเฉพาะทางในฐานะพยาบาลให้คำปรึกษาด้านพันธุศาสตร์ ในขณะเดียวกันต้องให้ปฏิบัติการพยาบาลเป็นผู้ช่วยแพทย์ในการทำหัตการด้านเทคโนโลยีช่วยการเจริญพันธุ์เช่นเดียวกัน

ต่อมาผู้เขียนได้ย้ายไปปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในหน่วยงานต่างๆ แต่ยังคงมีแนวคิดและความตั้งใจที่จะสร้างศูนย์ให้คำปรึกษาทางการพยาบาลสำหรับการให้คำปรึกษาออนไลน์ รวมถึงห้องสมุดอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ นอกจากนี้ การระบาดของโควิด-19 ที่เกิดขึ้นตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2562 เป็นต้นมา ทำให้สถานพยาบาลและบริการสาธารณสุขต้องปรับตัวให้เข้ากับสถานการณ์ต่างๆ เพื่อให้บริการผู้ป่วยในสถานการณ์ที่แตกต่างกัน ทั้งนี้เพื่อความปลอดภัยของทั้งผู้รับบริการและผู้ให้บริการ

ศูนย์การพยาบาลให้คำปรึกษา เป็นศูนย์การพยาบาลที่ให้บริการแก่ผู้รับบริการและครอบครัวที่มาใช้บริการปรึกษาด้านสุขภาพ เป็นหนึ่งในมาตรฐานที่ใช้ในการปฏิบัติวิชาชีพการพยาบาลที่สภาการพยาบาลและการผดุงครรภ์แห่งประเทศไทยกำหนดให้พยาบาลวิชาชีพทุกคนนำไปใช้ในการปฏิบัติวิชาชีพการพยาบาล เพื่อดูแลผู้รับบริการตั้งแต่เริ่มรับบริการ ณ หน่วยบริการ จนกระทั่งออกจากหน่วยบริการ รวมถึงการดูแลต่อเนื่อง ซึ่งประกอบด้วยมาตรฐาน 9 ประการ ได้แก่: ๑) การประเมินปัญหาและความต้องการ ๒) การวางแผนการปรึกษาทางการพยาบาล ๓) การดำเนินการปรึกษาทางการพยาบาล ๔) การประเมินผลการปรึกษาทางการพยาบาล ๕) การพยาบาลให้คำปรึกษาด้านสุขภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง ๖) การพยาบาลให้คำปรึกษาด้านการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ๗) การพยาบาลให้คำปรึกษาด้านการป้องกันสุขภาพ ๘) การพยาบาลให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการให้ข้อมูลและการคุ้มครองสิทธิของผู้ป่วย ๙) การพยาบาลให้คำแนะนำและบันทึกข้อมูลเพื่อการปรึกษา ขณะเดียวกัน การพยาบาลยังต้องช่วยเหลือแพทย์ในการทำหัตถการทางเทคโนโลยีการเจริญพันธุ์อีกด้วย
